After reading the list in Sponsor Feedback section, I have a strong feeling that this truck would've burnt to the ground somewhere in route if someone had tried to drive it from NY to New Hampshire in the condition that it arrived via ramp truck.

That bracket looks like a mess and the geometry for the bottom cable is waked in the first pic. Also, there should be a stud with two nuts holding down the flange bracket combo?

Well, found out why the electrical was screwed up.When you hit the brakes the blinkers would come on by themself. 3 ground wires were hanging under the truck on a screw attached to nothing.Hooked them up and now the electrical works great
