Hey man do disrespect to the Pat's they are a heck of a team year in and year out. Living in CT I see almost all thier games and they always seem to get the breaks they need when the heat is on. Tom Brady is the King of the playoffs no doubt. Maybe even the best of all time when it comes to the playoffs. But please never throw me in the same boat as eagles fans

Doesn't he have the most post season wins for any QB?

Sorry, Steeler fans ARE better....They're gonna miss Bill Cowher....a good man, and a "players" coach. Everyone respects him. WJ

I don't know if he has the most wins, but he is like 14-1. I can't see the Colts winning. They couldn't even score a touchdown Sunday.

I never said that LT was a bad running back, in fact I think that he is the best in the league. But, I still think he was owned. He did a lot of work, with nothing to show for it. Therefore, he was owned. I never said he didnt run his *** off during the game. And I also think a player that great should have some class. You dont have class only when you win, you should have class all the time. When you have to say out loud that you have class, you obviously dont. Also, the complaints about the celebrating are stupid. The Chargers talked all week, and Merriman couldnt keep his mouth shut. The Patriots kept their mouths shut all week, and they won the game. They should be able to celebrate. If you want to dish it out, you need to be able to take it. The Chargers make it sound like they wouldnt celebrate or taunt after the game. They sure as hell would have. Sorry Chargers, you lost. Take it with some class, get a new coach, and try again next year. Keep the ball in LT's hands and you will win. Sorry for the long rant but the Chargers need to take the loss like grown men.

What a great outcome to a sloppy game. I am glad the Pats pulled it off.

I'd hardly say he was owned -- when was the last time the patsies allowed a 100 yd. rusher in the playoffs ?

if Chokenheimer goes for the field goal (instead of trying for the first down on fourth and 11) it's a different outcome...

it doesn't mean much now, but when the Chargers come up to NE to play your patsies next year, I'll predict another 41-17 whipping like last year.

Personaly, I could give a **** less if they bet the Pats 1,000 - 0 in the regular season, the Pats beat them when it meant something and would probably do it again.

The Pats should be favored by 3 points in any post season game they play.

Ha ha. Sounds like sour grapes talking here...Remember who's playing this wknd -- and who's home watching the divisional championships on tv...

I cant decide on this weekends game! If Manning can pull his head out of his a$$ it will be a great game. But if he has his usualy playoff game the Pats will take it easily.

Pats getting 3 pts.....Hate to say it, but if it comes down to a long field goal kick to win it, I'd hafta go w/Venitieri,...over -- under like 47pts. Should be pretty wild.

I'm a total points kind of guy and I think that's an O/U that I would stay away from. The earlier game in the season was what 20-27 in NE? I said 20-24, so, hum...maybe I would take the under, but I don't bet.

Just my 2 cents, Tom Brady is a very lucky QB, at the right place, right team, right coach at the right time, you watch how he plays, and if he was on a mediocre team as far as WR, and linemen, i think he wouldnt be wearing that many Super Bowl rings.....

But anywho, they won and now its going to be a good game next week.

Lucky? That he has Reche Caldwell, Jabbar Gaffney, and every other scrub WR that teams cut before and during the season? Give me a break, he isnt lucky, the Patriots are lucky the found him otherwise we would still be stuck with Bledsoe or some other over the hill QB and wouldnt have 3 rings in the past 6 seasons. I def think that Brady has had luck on his side, especially after last weekends game, but you cant just dismiss everything he has done as "luck". If thats the case then Peyton Manning is "Lucky" because he had edgerrin james (now rhodes and addai), has marvin harisson, reggie wayne, dallas clark, etc...Brady does more with less than just about any other player in the game.

I still say its luck all around, look at some past athletes who were unlucky at one time....

Dan Marino
Pedro Martinez (when with the dodgers/expos)
Roger Clements (With Boston, no ring)
Patrick Ewing
Mark McGuire (with the A's)

These guys are great athletes but its a team that wins the games and ultimately a series. I think any athlete that plays on a professional level could wipe the floor with most of us. Put Brady in a team historically a low performer, I would say the Bangles or the Saints, but they had a good year.

Hey I am a Vikings fan, I hated Culpepper, was not a good fit, my team does well with exp QB's that can be leaders on the field.

the only problem i can see the pats having is the colts defense, yeah, i never thought i would hear myself say that either.
they went from class clowns to best in the league seemingly overnight. it is up to the pats o-line to gie brady that 4-5secs he requires to get rid of the ball.
