slow response bank 1?

slow response bank 1? quick question for you guys......every so often my car will throw a code and it reads slow response bank 1. car has been sitting for a little bit now and when i started it up today it came back samething, it just happens at random and then when i clear it it wont come back for a month or two. not too worried just wondering if anybody knows what may be setting it off..thanks
car is a 98 with all bolt ons and a cam with some tuning done by slowhawk...

It's common on a header car in this cold weather.The heaters take too long to heat up then when you drive down the road the light comes on.You can delete them but I wouldn't,they help if there is a real problem with the 02's.

While on this topic. When my car was relatively stock, headers/bolton's that issue would cause my SES light to kick on. My light no longer kicks on for any 02 related issues (slow response/invalid switching)? I'll have to look again to make sure the bulb is not blown (1st turn key to ACC). I just occasionally scan it to check.
Oh, and if that code is thrown does it effect the car performance wise, like a limp mode setting? Just curious.
