Lets put it this way. I have 400 rwhp, manual, with 3.42 gears and I got beaten off the line at seekonk speedway quite a bit by another fbody who was pretty much stock with 3.73 gears, auto, and a stall.
Get the bolt-ons done now. Headers, stall, etc. Get the cam later after your motor can actually breathe

I've been talking to sean at esp for a little while now and he seems to believe that it should be just fine. I'm not looking for great et's just yet that will eventually come but I can wait for those
