The first pic I clicked on was the side pic. That car looks so shiny that it could be one of the die-cast models that Hot Wheels make. You did buy the real thing right and not some $20 model? Either way, that car looks fantastic. If you did buy the $20 model, then where did you get it from? Thanks in advance for the info.

Thanks for the compliments guys. These cars seem to have such a negative persona that I'm really surprised to receive compliments on it. Someday (maybe soon?) I am betting sentiment will change and people will look back on these cars and realize what they could have had- a limited production ('04-06) Luxury Muscle Coup w/ 400HP & TQ ('05 & '06) for $28,700 (what I paid on a $33,290 stkr)...an unbelieveable value and bang for the buck. They might even be looked at in future years the way we look back at Grand Nationals (granted I think they were more limited in production, but I'm not sure), amazingly fast cars for the money, and super nice cars to boot.
I read someone write (I think on LS1Tech.com, maybe in the GTO Forum), that the biggest mistake GM made on these cars, was calling them GTO's. If they had called them anything else, they might have been perceived and received totally differently, like as a cool NEW thing in the GM line and LSx line. I think it's a good point. But in the future people may look back & realize the LS2 GTO really was a special car for Pontiac that delivered the power and then some.
