Can someone in MD tune out some codes?

I have an emissions test coming up and with that a header install is most probably going to happen prior. Is there someone around central MD that can tune out rear O2's as well as AIR and EGR without the cost of an arm and a leg? Any recommendations would be great. If someone is around locally that can help me out send me a PM if its against forum policy to solicit that sort of thing here as not all random members are paid sponsors.
