Just got a call from my Machinest. said he cant touch my block for atleast a month!!!!!!
sucks ***!!!!! just took a shitty friday and made it *******!

Spring has sprung, I had to wait till bout 3 days before my track day to get my gears done, it happens. At least it isnt pistons uggggghhh

yhea, but look at it like this.
if he cant touch it for 4 weeks that takes us to midle of june, then the balencer needs it for 2 weeks, that brings me to July, then atleast 2 weeks to get it all done up and running. thats middle of july at best. more like begging of august.
in other words i may say **** IT. whats the point now.
im so pissed. now i may just scrap the prodject. buy my jetski. save $$ and get a better crank and wait for the 6 bolt heads to come out then get another set of pistions.

SOunds like me and my custome nitrous ready DS, I got a 12 bolt in April, took till may to get it assemebled and then I had to measure, then order, he was at leas 6 weeks behind, I started racing in June/July.

It sucks man, it really does.

I don't understand why you waited till spring to start on this . The motor should have been out of the car back in novermber and off to the machine shop in December.

the motor was out of the car 2 days after i hit the pistion.
the lsx didnt come out till last month

and now i may throw a cooling setup, track and wheels on my sled and race that

i had the same issue when i wanted a denny's nitrous drive shaft, wait was like 5-6 weeks that why i ended up getting a pst 3.5 in 4 days... i couldnt be happier.

Don't worry about it, summer heat/humidity is a bitch at the track anyway. Get her done for the cool weather in the fall.

i wanted to get it done this moth. remember im in mass. its 44 degrees today!!
the hot weather doesnt come in till mid july.
i wanted to be done for the next points race as well, then the next one is an ihra national event and i wont be ready for that either, and its a night race
