Fireworks are illegal in VT, but I can drive over to NH and buy them at Phantom fireworks... you should be able to buy them.

i love going to PA to get mine. I flash my NJ license and get to go into the restricted section that's about 5x bigger than the PA resident stuff.

Just don't get stopped crossing state lines and have mr. policeman find illegal-in-that-state fireworks in your car....that's when the **** hits the fan. WJ

I believe the most powerful and best fireworks can be bought in some southern and a few mid-western states. Cherry bombs, M80's, 1/4 sticks, etc. won't be found in New Hampshire, for sure..... WJ

The quarter sticks will blow most any toilet tank and/or bowl apart like nothing. They always get me a few toilet replacements around the 4th of July in some central Mass bars..... WJ

all the M80's and bigger have been federally banned, so you'll have to buy from an illegal source. PA is now able to offer all the stuff that you could only get south of the border.

and as far as the fake ID goes...they make a photocopy and have you sign a waiver if you do plan to walk out the door with the 'works. they won't keep a copy if you don't purchase though

Yes, but heroin, cocaine, pot, and crack are also federally banned, along w/prostitution, but there's still plenty of it to go around! WJ

a guy on my road has a pryotechnics license and shoots some huge stuff that rocks my house and I live a 1/4 mile away and it sounds like it's in my front yard. You would think that we were at war in my front yard. He shoots stuff off all year round on any given day of the week up until 10pm. Gets real old quick.

Just hang out in the store, and ask somebody else who's buying fireworks from out of state to buy the good stuff for you.
