Big Ticket in Bean Town!
Pierce takes a lot of bad shots but in his defense he has HAD to take a lot of bad shots because he has been the only option for a long time. Ray Allen seems a little soft but we'll see. Its hard to say anything bad about Garnett. The good thing for the Celts is the east is such weaksauce that they will have the whole season to get it together because I'm sure 42 wins will get them into the playoffs.

I know what you mean about lumping superstars together, I mean look at the Yankees. They won multiple championships in the 90's due to the fact that they had some stars, but also they had guys who would do the dirty work for them. Now they are a bunch of superstars lumped onto one roster and they cant win like the prior teams did (worrying that the Sox might be headed in the same direction). KG though is a very unselfish player and can both post up and take people outside and is good enough to hang with any center in the league. Then you have Ray Allen, a pure lights out shooter who can slash to the hoop. Finally you have Pierce who can post up small forwards, slash to the hoop againts larger/slower forwards, and who has a nasty midrange game. They have all the components they need, now they just have to pick up a few cheap roll players and they are good to go.
