I don't think staying out too late was the problem last weekend, it was the blown engine. I would have been home much earlier if we didn't have to walk 3 miles to get a vehicle!!!

I will come say hi if I can make it out tonight.

I didn't realize you were going to start an exercise program on the way home. Stop by this evening and maybe we can figure out how to swap it out in a day using a lift. Go over to TWR and look at JDM74's thread from late May to early June about his engine swap. I am sure the same place could be used.

that was most likely mike, kongs, car. his car is very loud(but not louder then mine, jk) and sounds pretty damn nasty.... you probably are thinking of him....

Congrats!! You should notice a sizeable difference in power once you have everything tuned. What cc is combustion chamber?

and stock 243 heads are 64.45cc

and stock LS1 heads flow 219cfm at .500 and 243 heads flow 250cfm at .500, and these are flowing 287cfm at .500 so its still a nice increase even though theyre just mildly worked heads.

granted i would love to have a set of awesome heads...but the deal i got on these heads is amazing. and theyre assembled with dual springs and stuff, so i wont have to do much work besides pulling off old heads, and putting on new ones. the tune i have now for the 224 cam and stock heads is pretty good, i hope it will do alright on that tune with these heads
