Think I am having so big time problems.

Well, I posted this in the LT-1 section, but noone seems to be helping. I change by right o2 on friday morning and by friday afternoon, the car was running like ****. Idles at maybe 800 rpm and has and ungodly surgew when trying to maintain cruising speed, well if it maintains speed at all. Car also feels like it is trying to shake itself apart. Had it scanned and the codes were 43- knock sensor and then the guy told me it just said electronic spark contorl. Any ideas? Feels like the is trying to blow itself up.

Opticrapper did it's main job, took a crap on you. Did you happen to wash the engine off before it started acting stupid?

No, I changed the o2 friday morning then took the car on about a 20 mile drive and half way through it started acting like that. Touched nothing other than the o2. This was about 4 hours later.
