It makes it all worth the while considering she has a 99Z with a custom flame paintjob and some bolt ons.

While I think of it Don- Do you still want to tune that thing at the end of the month?? She wants to be able to bark gears in a auto. LOL!!
18k is a good starting point.

Wait till you see all the unexpected costs.

Postage, Limo, center pieces, utensils to cut cake, champaigne glasses, rings, party favors, bridesmaid/groomsmen gifts, wedding dress, tux rental, tip for priest.

The hall w/ food is the main expense of course. But their are soooo many things. Flowers, DJ, photographer, rehersal, etc.

My wedding was a couple grand more than I expected, but we also got a few last minute extras, like a violinist, table clothes, stuff like that.

You're doing it the right way though, we also planned for over a year, even still the last few days you're rushing around. Don't forget about paying for the honeymoon too

That was exactly my plan at 1st.
The only problem with that...Family.

Even though it's expensive and before hand it's hard to justify the cost, when it's all said and done it will be worth it, as long as the "Family" who want's it so bad helps you out

Congrats Justin! There's plenty more room on the poor bus to fit the rest of you bastards!! So keep running, but you'll be taking the trip sooner or later.

You don't have to sell your car if you don't want to. You may just have to sell your body to keep it, if you still havge payments. Don't ask me how I know.

Have her parents pay for the wedding. Or don't marry her. Also make sure you have a fast car and driver warmed up and ready to go just in case you get cold feet.

Also have at least one person get so drunk during the wedding, he starts puking all over the place. Then have your wife do the conga line dance and bring EVERYBODY at the wedding right by him. Makes for an interesting time.....

Actually thats everything out the door. We got a killer package deal at Christinas in foxboro. They include everything except the photographer, hell even linens and invitations and 10 pass limo. Plus were having a buffet with **** load of food and open bar for the first 1/2 hour.

Yup her parents are being very very generous to us and paying for the wedding. The pictures are costing us about 2500 for the whole day and the church is like 500 or so. My parents are paying for the rehersal dinner and they already bought us our cake cutters and toast glasses and had them engraved for us. So all in all most everything all set.

All that $$ for 6 hours

Weddings are so over rated and a waste of $$. For 6 hours you just spent a good down deposit on a house

We did our wedding for $10k and came out just fine,I think. I refused to pay for it.My mother gave us $$ towards our house instead. Her mother payed for it all. Of course it's costing me now.

Exactly... I told my sister the same thing! Save the $20K+ and use it towards the house, have a small ceremony then a HUGE bash at the new place to celebrate the wedded couple and house warming!

Those are my plans if it happens or whenever it happens, LoL... because like Marcel said above "There's plenty more room on the poor bus to fit the rest of you bastards!! So keep running, but you'll be taking the trip sooner or later. "
