Default Hours of work on TA finally pay off..

So Ive had my TA parked out of my house for about a month on stands working on all new brakes, calipers and everything, lines etc, new phb, TA, lcas, cat back... and wheels the easy part.. Then the VATS kicks in and i have to wire in some resisters.. Trying to complete this while working 65+ hrs a week, not easy.. So everytime i broke something which happened often, i had to wait almost a week to get the chance to get the part and fix it..

Anyway.. Washing the car, which is now a toy and not my DD as I am now the proud owner of a 99 intrepid haha, the neighbor across the street flags me down and asks me if i can help her fix her grand cherokee.. She says something with the in dash computer that reads the tire pressure, gas mileage, etc keeps going out.. And i have no clue how to fix that.. Im definately a nuts and bolts kinda guy not electrical.. So anyway we get to talking and her husband recently passed away, he had cancer for couple years and it finally got the best of him.. She asked if i could help her push his camaro out of the garage so she could move some stuff around.. And im thinking, ive lived here for about 5 years, id know if there was a camaro there.. Ive talked to them before, shoveled snow for them and stuff so im curious as to what car this is..

And everything kinda took off from there..

It went from pushing the car out to, can you start it for me i want to see if it still runs (needed new battery), to well you can take it around the block, to, our oldest son Ronnie is picking it up and taking it to his home to Minnesota.. And im like, ok when.. A few years she replies.. and she says, ill tell ya what.. Ive seen you working on your car day after day hours into the night, if you pick up the insurance payments ill let you drive it whenever you please until Ronnie gets it.. So although its not mine, I now have two toys, my paid of TA, and for $27 a month, this.....

Thats my friend Mike.. All i know about it is that its a 68 4spd car with a hurst shifter, 12 bolt, all drum brakes and a small block that, if it is a 327 isnt stock. Its got aftermarket iron heads, victor jr intake man, holley car and air cleaner and a cam.. The exhaust is long tubes looks like 2 1/4s though into flowmasters but its actually quiet.. Heres where Im confused.. Its got every SS emblem where it should be but 327 badging and SS's came with 350s or better.. and since its a small block im guessing its a 350

I drove maybe 25 miles yesterday, ran great, felt strong.. Not use to the 4 spd yet though.. So now im on the way over to finish polishing the wheels.. I washed it yesterday and im about to clay bar it and wax and buff.. Its also not the original paint, but i dont know what the original color was or what this color is.. If someone can give me a link to where i can put the vin in and find original info it would be appreciated.

Sorry the post is long, but im just a little excited....
