? for those of you that use ebay im in the process of selling my 2006 450r the bike is mint with low hours and lots of nice mods so i slap it on ebay being that i sold a couple bikes on there years ago.october 23rd the auction was over and i was happy being that the high bidder had good feedback,the guy calls me the next day which was the 24th said he was going to pick the bike up thursday the 25th gave him the directions had a good talk with the guy everything went well the 25th comes the guy said he would be leaving at 4pm so i called him to make sure everything was ok around 430 no answer im like no biggie hes prolly driving ill give him some time,long story short i got everything ready bikes looking good all cleaned up and ready to go for the guy called him about 4 more times waiting around no answer! waited for hours no call no nothing,same as today i called him 2 more times no answer nothing. id like to no what others would do in this situation
I had the same thing happen to me...did he pay through paypal or was he bringing the cash to you when he picked it up?...I have learned to make all transactions through payapl. They will stand behind you if the deal fails. If you dont hear from him after seven days then you can report him to ebay. They have a 3 strike rule. This does not make up the time, effort and money lost but it will show others he is not trustworthy which is what I look for when buying or selling.

Here is a link to eBay's instructions on starting a item unpaid claim. BTW, typically, on a vehicle sale, you would request a Paypal deposit of $500 or more within 24 hours of auction closing. This should be stipulated in your auction. Good luck.

ebay next time around im def gunna use paypal,it really sucks that you cant trust anyone y even bid on the fu(ker,just sucks i gotta sit on my *** and wait i could have had it sold and i need the room in my garage for a new toy!lol
Uh-oh... Am I going to be getting a call for some fun stuff on the car? t t p, if anyone is interested in the bike I'm sure it's freaking pristine. Judging by the Camaro, we've always been able to eat off of the floorboards in meatyz's car
