i think i overworked myself on sunday i should of just stuck with my old pulley set up i went the 48 on. I think i have it all figured out now though. See what i think was happening is crank blower pulley and blower bracket very close to each other maybe 1/8 of an inch. Under load blower and balancer are trying to pull closer to each other from all the boost. It did it at Cecil too just very little i thought it was the belt on why i only traped 144 and not 148+ i should of traped but it was actually crank pulley hitting the bracket acting as a brake. Well i grinded the bracket slightly thinking it should be good and put a smaller pulley on it today i found that it was digging in pretty good.
I got 2 more passes 2nd pass 8hours later tried leaving at 15psi it blew the tires off i coasted to a 6.50 1/8th mile pedaling. 3rd pass i left at idle like always was all over the place but didnt spin , it pulled hard in 1st gear after it hit boost, worst 60ft 1.54 but my best 330ft 4.0, at about 450ft out it lost power big time like somone was jamming on the brakes, so i let out hit 3rd(no power) and then coasted 6.25@106 1/8th and 10.8x@90mph.
I'm think i'm hitting capitol this sunday

I seen ya. Don't feel bad you weren't the only one with issues. First pass empty bottle, second mini controller was unplugged, third a/f was off the chart rich ,and fourth 9-1 a/f and got eliminated by a NEON . Sure wish I could have got back those first two passes to get my a/f right. Oh well theres next year.

No V8s in SS class. if so i would have entered. The rules were just way to crazy, a true street car had no chance on "true street" Next time all cars in T/S need to be on dr and have weight in them. Wild and Pro street i can understand having less rule but true street needs to remain true street. just my .02. I ran a new best there of 11.77@119 but screwed up my 1/2 shift. Shifted at 5500rpm

I can pass along all thoughts.. I gave jason miller some, and he is said he would go over them for next year. He wants to keep T/s class to a 10.30-10.50 class. takes alot of car to get to there.. the rules are limiting, but they defintly try.

We had a great time watching. I was lucky enough to watch from very close.

I thought burnout contest was lame.. We were in the far lane, and the first guy was yelling "honda power" at us while his car could not do a burnout in the water box.. Yes I did mock him and point and laugh.

Thats to bad. You ran the et class didn't you. If so thats why. They definately need to something about the amount of cars racing the et class. If they would have made everyone try to qualify in a heads up class I think the wait between rounds would have been alot quicker for everybody. I was there 11hours and only got 4 passes so I feel your pain.

Maybe they should have the ETs on Saturday and have the final 16 in each class race on sunday. They have grudge races between rounds, kinda like pay 20 extra and let 2 cars line up that want to race each other.

ive got the last 5 yrs and to me this year was the best as far as getting the carsfrom the staging lanes and down the track it was alot smoother than the past it moved faster this year too. so i think it was better this year than in the past and i also think there werent as many cars this year as it has been in the past too and in a way thats a good thing.

I was doing the tech inspections and putting people into classes. Remeber that you have to fit into a class, but everyone fit into pro street.
