Customer Service is a funny thing, your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't. Iv'e been Working in the retail car industry, sales, parts and service for the past 15 yrs. CSI is all we do....but it is never enough. You just try to keep the cust happy, which is impossible to do all the time some are are happy and some not so happy. You fix whatever it is the best you can and get on with it. This cust should have waited to take his leave after the parts got in , seems like that was the whole problem to begin with. When ordering parts you are at the vendors mercy and UPS, FEDEX, weather, people out sick..... ect ect.........We deal with it on a daily basis. When a cust wants it now and they have no time to wait, what can you do with that It is unfortunate he did'nt give them the chance to get it worked out before he posted on here. The good thing is they are local what would've happend if the cust had ordered from an internet wharehouse, you can't just hop in your car and drive there. sorry if I rambled on to much........

I’ve got some items for sale and thought I’d post here first in case anyone local may need them.
Lucas 32# injectors -- $175
These were on my car for about 9k miles. Good size for a cam only or mild h/c setup, they were borderline on my car running about 90% at 455hp.

Lucas 42# injectors -- $250
I bought these used off of another member here with 5k miles on them. Never installed on my car, but they were run on Kong’s car for some dyno testing recently. The injectors were used for about a half dozen dyno pulls and worked great.

UMI Trans mounted adjustable torque arm -- $200
This has been on my car since last March and comes with hardware and a poly front bushing.

I can help with the tune for the injectors also if you are interested.

Yeah Brian. James and Dickey both were looking for one.

What one are you looking at getting now...???

If its the BMR Extreme let me know since Lee @ BMR is giving me a Wicked deal on one so that i ditch my Spohn TQ Arm and am running all BMR Stuff.

Maybe he would do two at the price.....
