Maybe its just me, probably not, but I would have to say between the two choices.... Go for an LSx car. That way you can get an auto and not kill anyone. Dont want you getting anymore distracted on the road then you have to be....

hahah the ranger is stick and i drive it just fine.

there are some extremely fast cobras out there and they auto swapped. buts its like i told you earlier today im sick of paying twice as much for the same parts just bc the L is SOHC and not pushrod.

I agree. Plus it will never run the way you want it too. There are some decent lightnings in this area that run well but it has taken several motors and a lot of money to do so. You just have to decide whether or not it is worth it to go ahead and finish it. With just the luck you have had around here alone with shops would have already made me sell the thing. Either way you go, good luck.

The only thing I'll be upset about is cleaning up all the bottom end parts, oil, and coolant off the dyno whenever you decide to get it tuned.
