In need of LS1 edit to delete the A.I.R. code

Hi Folks,

I live in MD near DC and I am looking for a shop or someone that would be able to delete the A.I.R. code. Since it is illegal to remove emissions equipment in MD I don't believe a shop would do this for me. Does anyone have any suggestions or have the software to help?
