Default TTP is by far the best shop in NJ

I just want to start off and say that I am by no means gaining any benefit from writing this post. I am solely doing this to give major respect when it is due and to hopefully educate and share my experiences with fellow enthusiasts of NJ.

Let me start by saying that the guys at TTP are some of the best and friendliest guys I have come across in a while. Especially Billy who gets to greet and entertain all of the customers, and he does it with such devotion and love lol. Honestly I think Billy should put down entertainer on his business card just to make it longer and try to get Matt to pay him for two jobs. Then their is Nick who today had a stomach bug and is Dynoing my car which took about 2.5 hours. Let me just say that it is winter so the doors are basically closed and my car has no cats on it and well the smell and fumes of the exhaust did not mix well at all with that cold. Nick I am sorry I hope you feel better. He also is extremely knowledgeable in this field, really is a good guy he even worked with me to get all my leaks fixed in the nitrous line. Then their is Jake who got a great cover shot in a mag and will probably be rubbing it in everyones face for this entire year. Then we got the rest of the TTP crew, I hate to repeat myself over and over again but they too are great guys and always up for a question and a good laugh.

Finally we got Matt the TTP owner and by far is the best owners I have ever had to deal with who will bend over backwards just to help out and get a job done. He also stands by his work and by his product he really is one of the last remaining business men that are not out just to screw over the little guy. Matt also stayed till 9:30 at night just to get my nitrous tune and my injectors squared away. He sent half his crew home and stayed just to get my car done. Now to me that is true dedication to his customers and really shows his passion for the automotive industry. I have to admit though I think he was extremely happy with staying late to get my car done because as soon as he armed the nitrous system and went wide open throttle he got the biggest smile on his face. Now for me when a guy drives a 9 second race car and he gets a smile from my 100 shot well to me that says a lot. I cant wait to experience it myself now.

We where unable to print the dyno graph of the nitrous run but with Nitro Daves plate system and a 100 shot we where able to get 578 RWHP and 628 RWTQ uncorrected.

We did get the NA graph printed the car made 432 RWHP and 407 RWTQ uncoorected. Here is the graph.

TTP crew thanks a lot for everything. I think you guys know you always have my business. Anybody who is in need of a tune, roll cage, custom exhaust, or anything for your call please call them you wont be disappointed. I wish I came to these guys before I went to all the others in the area.

I hope to be at them. Right now me and Matt are working on some safety issues to race in the class we feel the car will be able to run. Also will definitely be adding a new clutch that stock LS1 was not happy with that 100 shot.

Agreed, spent at least an hour tuning my bone stock 105k mile car, many dyno runs, for a great price. It's the dedication to even tune a stock car that impressed me. He has something for everyone. Good write up, and Matt's shop definately has me impressed.

Definitely the best shop in NJ.
Those are insane numbers on a 100 shot. Makes me want to put my car on the bottle even more.

LOL 02 Camaro. Your car runs some good times already we could push it a little further. We are actually excited to see some nitrous installs coming around, honestly we've done tons of blowers/turbos lately and like to see different things.

I appreciate everyone's kind comments. You will never be able to please everyone out there, but I am happy that we can get this kind of support from our customers. We like to have some fun and get the work done correctly over here.

We are swamped in the shop right now, and in our "spare" time we are completing the 25.5 cert cage on the Kerminator (We have everything cut-out, and have a main hoop bent up already). I hope to see everyone at our April 12th dyno day, just come by to hang out and eat some of TTPMom's goodies..

To one of the previous posts, yes the car is a stock bottom end. The worst thing now is their is to much snow on the ground to actually use the spray. I hate the winter.

Congrats on those numbers. And I completely agree with everyone in this thread. TTP is by far the best shop I have ever been too. My car was with them all day and into the night. Matt and his crew did some outstanding work. They have no problem staying late to finish the job, If they tell you it will be done that day (thanks again Matt) They really do make you feel right at home.
