Default Service Stability System???

So about a week ago I bumped into a snow/ice bank with my Bonneville.
I hit it hard enough to push in the plastic bumper just in front of the wheel about 4-5 inches on the passenger side (2-3 mph sideways). After getting the car out, the bumper just kinda popped back out and I was left with a couple minor scratches and i think the fender to hood line was tweaked just a tiny bit (like a mm or 2).

A day later this "Service Stability System" message pops up on the Driver information center. I turn the car off it goes away, but it always come back, it could be an hour or a couple days, but it always does.

I'm guessing I must of busted some kinda yaw sensor, or maybe I hit the wheel hard enough to whack it outta alignment? Anyways, no codes come up and I got ABS and T/C. You guys ever have a similar issue in a GM car with Stabiltrak? Like hit a pothole or something and F' it up?

I hate to say it but it looks like I might have to have a dealership look at it

P.S. I flippin' hate winter Car was mint before this...
