emissions testing

How do you all in pa with mods pass emissions in pa, allentown-danielsville area? Im being relocated to this area from ohio where we dont have these type of inspections, what can I do???

if you drive less than 5,000 miles a year you get an exempt sticker= no problem.

If it 97 or newer as long as the check engine light is off you should be ok.. I am an hour away from allentown and get modded cars all the time to inspect.
