Tuners in the East

my buddy is looking for someone to tune his truck, hes in richmond VA, he just magnacharged it but didnt tune it yet, who do you recommend for tuning the truck?

We're right down 64 from him. We've tuned more maggies and KBs than anyone else in this area.
We've also done more 2 and 3 bar speed density tunes than anyone else in the area.
