Exclamation CT emissions??

Hey guys, i bought a car from out of state and i have to get the emission done on it before i register it.... my EGR valve is blocked off. do you guys think i will have any problems with connecticut emissions? there is no check engine light on.... its not throwing codes, etc...
anybody know of a shop i can get it done and "pass with no problems"?
or am i just too worried and the car will pass anyways???

You shouldnt have a problem, any shop thats on the list will work, you really cant "bribe" them so as long as a no codes. I would verifiy this with a scanner, FYI. You should be more then fine.
