Default Virginia Tech or SW Virginia

Anybody in this area on this site, looking for people to cruise with or go to the track with. Doesn't seem to be many f-body's or gto's in this area so I'm hoping to find some people on here who are close.

Right now I'm working a lot of weekends, but in a couple weeks I should have some free time, you know anybody else with an f-body or any other nice cars that might wanna cruise?

It is nice, I've only been there the past 4, but things are getting a lot better, just wondering if you guys knew that shelor stopped doing there regular bracket racing program on Saturdays, now its only special races and a non-points bracket racing program where you have to pay $250 up front and another $1350 or so just to race in a regular footbrake class, and that is only for 10 races

I was there the first day it opened, its a nice track, just to hot for me, its like Bristol, just a sea of asphalt. How much is it now to get in and test, I can't remember since it's been so long, I know at The Creek it's $8 to get in and nothing extra to test but I was thinking it was like $12 total at shelor but I could be wrong. Of course if you guys are coming from east of Radford I can see why you would go there, its a good ways past there to Elk Creek, there are people who do it every weekend, but I'm sure it's a strain with fuel the way it is.

I don't go to tech, but I'm down that way all the time. I went to college in Ohio, but since I live down here now I was looking for some people to cruise with.
