Default Pinks at LVD......

Probably a re-run, but I caught the tail end of a episode tonite that was taped at LVD w/the brown Buick Skylark taking the blue 80's S-10, w/the S-10 leaving half his 9" Ford centersection at the starting line. Like I said, maybe a re-run, but I hadn't seen it....a good show. Both nice rides. WJ

I was at the taping for that show but not for the rematch the following day between the Skylark and S-10. Basically the night I was there the S-10 got creamed, but the guy with the Skylark somehow agreed to a rematch. That was definitely priceless when he staged for the burnout and then blew his rear end apart, dumping gear fluid on the track like the truck's water broke or something.

How many times has that episode been run, do you know? The Skylark looked like a 10 sec. ride...maybe even high 9's? We have one of those low 10 sec. early Skylark hdtps. that's Buick-powered in CMDR. The thing is really impressive to watch make a pass.... WJ

I know the episodes from LVD aired for the first time in March.

And yes, it was bitter *** cold that night.
