Hampton Roads...Another New One..
Well, I actually put the car up for sale just to see what I could get for offers. I got an offer of $7000 with the stock wheels. I may end up taking it. Now before you all say I will regret it I know I will. But I have 58 days in port between now and Oct 25. Then I leave for 7 months. After that I will have 9 months until I get out of the Navy. I can always pick up something else when I make it back to Dallas and get on my feet.
I know I know...my wife isn't too happy either. But like I said, I don't think I will have time to enjoy it and will only worry about something happenning to it while I am deployed. Some one was screwing with it the other night. I was on duty and my wife came home and the car cover was half way up. The lock prevented them from taking it off. Not that if they really wanted it they couldn't have just cut it. But with out the chip it will not start...

Im in Houston now. I cleared medical and signed my contract today. My goal is to stay in Iraq until the official withdrawal ends. My job is one of the few that would have to stay until the very end when we shut down the bases. Another nice thing about it is there are very few like almost no opening in Asscrackastan. The 2009 tax free limit is 90K a year apparently it goes up every year with inflation. You guys would not believe the amount of Foreign Nationals these people hire.

I can take my R&R leave anything after April. I may save it till June and go to the 24 Hour of Lemans. I figure this maybe the only time I can go see it so why not.
