state inspection

Can someone let me know a place I can get state inspection. I am in Northborough. A few place have been complaining about the noise from the car. My front tire not in good shape but I got 2 new ones from my work. I just need to put them on the rims.Also my car is pretty loud.

try going to advantage auto in marlboro. rick should know a place to go. u will have to put the tires on if they are junk.
