Looks good Don and much closer than the place we last spoke about. I'll be curious to see what comes of this for sure and it just so happens I have a new toy with two wheels that could use a full load dyno.... 
Looks like a nice big place, plus you won't be tripping over Mustangs every few feet. Being close to home is a huge plus too! So is this a done deal or what?

I dont think he should, its all industrial in there. Hell I used to race in that industrial park.
Depending on how soon you open shop and if I get the LT1's swapped out in the next week or 2 I'll be your first or second LT1 tune, and my son's Formula will be the third LT1.
Somehow spun a rod or some bearing just running it on jackstands! Haven't had it on the street yet, going to swap in a stock Caddy LT1 just to get it on the street. I'll rebuild the TA LT1 this winter with some goodies and headwork.

Now thats nice, you could use the room and isolation when you really need to get some work done. I know that place will be neat and look sharp. Thats nice, you should of done it a long time ago, even more so now since you keep getting cars.
Oh by the way, Michelle is complaining about the dead hookers in the closet, she said they are stinking the place up since I dont use the AC during the day. She does a whole lot of complaining but she was cool with it when I gave her a few free wigs......woman, ugh. Think I can dump a few of these harlets in your new shop?
