I still have yet to see one of these in person, there are marked somewhere in the 40g range, but I hear that dealers are selling them for 50k out the door

The 2009 ones the R/T Start at 29k which has the 5.7
The SRT8 Starts at 40k

Those are for the 2009 Models
2008 only has the SRT8

i saw two last week. Guy was driving into the Lowes parking lot in Woodbridge, the otehr one is sitting at the dealer in Manassas... they look so nice.

They have had an orange/black stripes at NED for the last couple weeks. Decent looking car but it just doesn't do much for me.

Reedman-Toll had 2 of them. I was in the bay when the mechanics were getting one of them ready. They really ruined the car with the plane jane interior though. It is 80% the same as the charger, 300, etc... And who would drive an auto???The sticker was 42kish. I was told that they sold them for sticker price.

eh we have 4 at work right now. they just dont do anything for me. $41K MSRP and a $15K markup. Id buy another vette. used z06 all day long over the almost 5K pound autostick open rear

They have an open differential? Boooooo....

Saw another one today in Chicopee Mass. They are sprouting up everywhere all of a sudden.

And yes, for that money I'd take a 'vette any day.

I just saw one tonight at a weekly car show we have here at a burger king in town. It was the orange that 75% of them seem to be. A woman was driving it and when she took off(drove it like an old lady), the thing sounded like a hybrid

haha. Had no exhaust note at all. Very un impressed.

saw one at new england dragway, and also at a dodge dealer in nashua new hampshire. I like the look, but 42k for the base and over 50k for the srt is ridiculous. Does anyone know if they come standard? The ones I saw are auto's

All the newer SRT models have quiet exhausts. Nothing a good catback wouldn't fix.

I saw an orange one come blowing down 695 to Baltimore Saturday night. I could tell in my rear view it was something new or nice and before you knew it he was passing by. He was screaming around in traffic with that thing. Looked sweet in action. I wanted to attempt to catch up with it but I was driving my beater corolla no way that was gonna happen lol
