The way we look at it is this: We want to buy a house with in the next year and we also want to move to fla anyway. So we might as well move now before we buy a house up here and have a kid, then try to sell the house.

Yup that who she is going to be working for. Hell we found a 4 bedroom 3bath 2car garage house for 145k. Not too shabby if you ask me.
Well as some of you know michelle and I are getting married in september. Well unfortunatly she is losing her job a few weeks before the wedding which really sucks. Well we just found out that she got a job offer in Florida at scrips institute doing research. So it looks like after the wedding I will be leaving the state of Mass, and moving on down to port st lucie. Its going to kinda of suck leaving my car buddies and my family but I have to do what I have to.
Good luck and havde fun down there. There are a few f-body clubs down there as well.
The 4 bedrooms is a cool idea but I would go down to two bathrooms and spend the same amount of money on something that has maybe a nicer kitchen/bathroom or a bigger bedroom. You dont need three bathrooms.

The way the houses are setup down there. There is a master bath in the master bedroom, then there is usually one on each side of the house and soforth.
