My job may take me into the Delray Beach area...anyone live close? I'm curious what places to look at. I would like to rent and would prefer a townhouse type place. I have two kids and one is close to starting school. What are the best areas and cities close by? I want to stay close to 1500/mo rent if possible.

Any suggestions out there?

Boca Raton is a great place to live. It is about 10 minutes to Delray. Great schools, shopping, and well kept. Good luck!
In todays economy $1,500 will take you a long way.

I agree, and you can even live close by the beach for that, and in a house with a garage too!

We're right in Delray Beach....you'll want to stay on the south side of Delray closer to Boca, some of the north end of Delray can be a little rough...
