Default Cold air at BMP tonight
Anyone from here gonna go run t-n-t at BMP tonight? Track might get slippery but the air should be good.

I'll be there seeing if the new heads/cam run good and my brother's RevXtreme vette will be there.

Due to severe weather conditions- we will be closed on THURSDAY Feb. 5th.

Never mind. Only in Florida is 30* and dry considered severe.

But like you said the track will be slippery so i would think that is enough to be closed for the night.

It's ok if it's slippery, I drive sideways a lot anyways.

Oh, well. I haven't got to run my car since the heads/cam, something always comes up.

I ran the bracket race last Sat night at BMP it was 40*. Mind you a dragstrip is always much better for an event because almost all the cars are on slicks and keep putting more rubber on the track each round. The track was very slippery and lots of cars were out of shape because of the cold track. My friend Dave got out of the grove and almost crossed the center line in his dragster and those cars never move around like that!
