Fastest Build for LS1?

So, I've got a newly cleaned/bored/planed aluminum LS1 block and I'm trying to find away to build it up without breaking the bank. Stock performance is fine (sadly) All I have now is a block...the crank was bent and the cylinders had to be overbored, I have nothing else...long story, nvmd.

Any thoughts on how to get this running?

how can you have an engine bored and not have the pistons for proper sizing?? that won't work.
