I've heard that if you pupil under someone with a Bear than you are a lot more likely to get a Bear. It doesn't happen immediately but as your guy gets to around Level 5 or 6 it's supposed to be like a 50/50 shot.

With that said, I wonder if you can guess who has a Bear in this thread
