Default Should i Trade?

OK So a friend of mine wants to trade his truck for my 96 T/A... Granted i bought the T/A as a DD to drive to g-ville and back for work everday, I do miss having a truck (good to have if you need to haul or pull something or just pickup something big) Its a 1992 Z71 shortbed regular cab. Has a set of off road tires on but is also willing to throw in a set of 20's with street tires on them. it has all new front clear headlights and clear taillights, its black with red flake in the clear and has a chrome brush gard, Stock lift. and the A/C works..The t/a's doesnt... It has a rebuilt motor (25,000) on it doesnt leak or anything 4x4 works great (not that i would prob ever use it) but i dont know what i should do.. I have the Z28 for my fast car for when i need the need for speed the T/A is stock and is just a DD... i refuse to drive a civic or any 4 cyclinder for my DD.... And for the T/A it has 150,000 on it.. All stock minus plugs, wires, fuel filter as i changed those when i got it a few months ago. I just painted the T/A... But it does have a rear main seal leaking oil, an Exhaust leak.. Oil leak from the front (im guessing Timing cover) and at 150,000 im thinking the opti may be ready to roll as well as the water pump and who knows what else ..it needs motor mounts and Trans mount...plus the T/A has been in an accident (prior Owner)...I did the body work myself but it isnt excatly perfect.. as far as resale i think i could get more outa the truck in the end over the T/A.. So what do you guys think?

Yea thats what i was thinking...My wife wants an Avalanche... I kinda forgot how slow the Stock LT1 was... I guess since an LT1 was my first f-body it felt fast to me.. but after getting into LS1's and then doing a little modding to them.. when i drove the LT1 agian for the first time i was like wow.. This feels really slow.. Im prob gonna do it.. im going to drive it to work tomorow and see how it does on the interstate because ultimately thats the real function of it is to DD back and forth... Thanks for your input.
