Need help asap

I'm from indiana and am in panama city. Someone cut the sidewall of my 315/17 nitto tire and I don't have a spare with me. I messaged a couple of people about tires/wheels they had for sale, but no reply yet. Can someone in this area help me out with something to drive home on? A spare or saladshooter or anything would help me out tons. Any help is appreciated. If you could post in here and send me a pm Incl a phone number would be awesome. I really appreciate any help

I have a brand new 315 35 17 Good year Eagle Gs D3 tire in Pcola. I know it is hike to get there but it would work. it is about 45mins west of Panama city.
