Default Smog? Inspections?

Curious guys, what are the smog regulations and inspections all about down in the sunshine state?...

Feel free to PM me your thoughts on the state regs and if its something to worry about with a potential move someday... Thanks

Bahahaha Inspections. Smog lol. You can do anything you want to your car in FL. They just give out random tint tickets and maybe an exhaust noise ticket if you have open headers and are a dick. This is the land of the free.

Yeah, as others said no smog. You CAN get a ticket(nonmoving violation) if your exhaust is modified in any way but unless its ridiculous you probably wont even get stopped for it. Ive never been stopped and I had a H/C car with headers, no cats, and SLP Loudmouth.

F.S. 316.293 is the noise statute.
