need a key cut
need a key cut 01 Chevy truck
bought it as a insurance rebuilder without any keys.
Local dealer wont cut a key without showing the title or registration.
I wont be able to register until its fixed,inspected etc.
Title takes at least 2 wks to get from state.
Dealer wont accept any other paperwork I have,Power of Attorney,bill of sale from insurance company,etc.
I hate destroying the lock to get the wheels unlocked so the truck can be loaded on the transport.
Any ideas on how to have a key made?
I ll sign an affidavit if I need to.

If you can't get someone to cut a key to match the vin. Then you need to buy a lock cyl. And build the cylinder to match another key. Install let bcm learn key and go. That is if I recall correct.
