I ended up leaving early because my car was getting slower as the day went on lol... but congrats +badass+ I watched your first past 9.95@140... had to be a great feeling when you looked at your time slip! Did you end up running quicker?
Nah track turned to crap by the time I got to run again but still managed 10.35@140 and a 10.85@137 said I need a cage jacket and pants.
On a side note was talking with the guy running tech and he said plans are in the works to keep track open past December.
that would be great! I hope they do keep it open so I can stick with my plans for my car. my 60' on my second pass was 1.67 which slowed me down considerably so i just parked and drank some beers with my friends. Good day all in all!
was funny everyone was asking me what size turbo i was running, people walking thru the lanes would come by and look around and shake there head trying to see what i had under the hood was funny.
yea there is a lot of that out there... my friend's el camino is an NA solid roller 383, everybody looks at the AN fittings going into the carb and goes ohhhh nice! nitrous! I try my best to keep my hood closed to avoid stupid questions lol. Plus it's a stock motor, nothing worth looking at
