mrr23 GREAT customer service I wanted to tell everyone my experience with LS1TECH member mrr23.
In October I had Robert align my 02 Firebird.
The worn and aging F1's caused the car to pull to the left so Robert aligned the car and tweaked the spec's to compensate for the tire pull.
He also told me when I buy new tires the car might act different.
Now November I installed new tires and the cars pulls right.
Called Robert and made an appointment.
When I arrived I told him this was "not" warranty work because I bought new tires and we had discussed the previous alignment was tweaked because of the old tire pull.
Robert did another complete alignment and a couple of small tweaks.
And when I went to pay....He said " NO CHARGE "
How is that for " customer service "
Many members already know and use Robert's shop Tredalign in Orlando.
His professional service is outstanding as well is his drive for customer satisfaction.
