got sideswiped... need help

OK update!
Went Monday to my insurance companies repair shop, and i must say. i'm glad i'm not going there. horrible looking place. they had a list of shops to choose from but this one was the closest to me. but anyway, he missed a few things but came up with $2950 and that's with cutting away the bad part of the QP.
Today, geico's adjuster came out to look at it and i must say, he was a really cool guy. he really took the time to completely cover every inch that could be seen without a lift. he wrote everything up including what the other shop missed and said that more than likely their shop would replace the entire QP. his total price ended up being almost $3300.
He factored in replacing the door bump strips. i had planned on removing them anyway, so he included the price of replacement and told me to use that money and have the shop just take the other side off lol.
Does anyone have a pic of a camaro without these things on the car. i've been told they look way better.
One more thing. because they have to remove the sail panel to get the QP off. once you pull it off, can it be put back on without issues, or will they have to get a new one? because i would totally be OK with getting rid of the bubbled one lol.

you cant fix the sail panel bad glue has eaten it up.

wheres the guy that said $1300? See if he will do it for that and you pocket the $2k
Oh and dont accept a half azzed 1/4 repair. have them do the complete panel not half.

JESUS! either these guys are on some serious ****, or the cost of body work has tripled in the last 4 years. only time i ever saw estimates over $3k were both front and rear end damage, with pulls on both ends. Hell I replaced an entire front structure and body panels and paint on a 2 year old PT Cruiser and it was only about a $3700 ticket. and this was a dealership bodyshop! I'd take the check from the insurance co for the quoted amount and find a bodyshop that knows what the hell they are doing. 3k for that is outrageous

$952.46 = in parts
-$42.85 = parts discount
$1432 = 35.8hrs @ $40hr in body labor
$340 = 8.5hr @ $40hr in paint labor
$187 = 8.5hr @ @22hr in paint supplies
$67.45 = sublet/misc.
$2.50 = other charges
$2942.56 = subtotal
$191.10 = tax
$3133.66 = total
