Places to live in Jax

So I may be moving here within the next month. I would like to stay near southside , gate parkway, anyone have recommendations on living? Condos, Complexes, etc....

arium at bartram park, had nice condos very nice. Just nothing available for my move date. its east of the river kinda off 295

my wife managed Coventry park we lived there also for 3 yrs very quite area its off southpointe gate is like 2 miles away apts are very modern. she also managed thornton park on gate but we never lved there
