Need help with injectors
Need help with injectors I am running a LQ9 in my 01 WS6. I am currently using the the same intake/injectors setup that was on the LS1 (LS6 intake). I had the car tuned the other day and the DC was at 114% at WOT so I was told I needed bigger injectors, somewhere around 45lbs.
What oem injector can I use? I don't need name brand or anything special. this is basically a DD right now.

Hey bud, I would just get some fast injectors, I just had to get some and i went with the 65lb and they were only like 350. Peace of mind and room to grow for a very affordable price.

You can go with a set of gtp injectors from a supercharged 6cyl car they are 42lb and just need a tune usually can be found on here for 100 bucks or so. Or if you want something newer you can buy ls3s also 42lb for the same price there about but they need a set of height adapters and wiring adapters so add another 90 bucks for that stuff

Verdad Gallardo Stock injectors should support quite a bit more power than what you have described unless there is a piece I am missing?

I was told that LS1 injectors are 28.8# and that a good bump would be 45#, to give me some play room in the future.

Well, you still haven't said how much power its making 
Stock LS1 injectors should be good to at least 375-390 rwhp...
There are plenty of cheap options, motorsport 42s, mototronics 60s, either can be had for pretty fair price.

The only mod done is the LS6 intake so I guess I am under 400/hp, but like I said, the DC at WOT is 114%. The data log doesn't show any fuel cutting out, unless it doesn't read info from the pump.
Yeah, I'd guess at best you are making 360-370 rwhp, I've seen stock injectors support well past that, I really have to wonder if theres not something amiss in the tune or an unseen pressure drop.
FIC redid my stock injectors to 42lbs. Was like $200. They run at like 83% duty cycle now. May want to check your fuel pressure. They shouldn't be maxed like that with just a ls6 intake. LQ9 with 317 heads?
The FAST 36lbs injectors are the same ones from the GXP and the GM ASA Racing engine series. The amount of excellent data on them is awesome. Get those. They are about a 42lbs in your rail and will support 500rwhp no problem.
