Anyone in Central Florida do Head Porting Doesn't have to be cnc, but that's always a plus, just as long as it's quality work and priced fairly, trying to avoid shipping out a set of 243s if I can have them done locally, but if not I'll just send them to Texas Speed for their stage 1 treatment. Thanks for the responses and any reviews/results you have for whoever you recommend would be helpful as well.

I know Fasterproms in the Tampa area does a ton of head porting for LS motors so I would definitely give them a call and see what they can do for you. Here is a link to their website with all their contact information:

Just found out JB racing racing is 15 mins up the road in the next town from where I live. Going to get in contact with Dennis tomorrow hopefully. Thanks!

Alright, still searching for options. Got in contact with Dennis at JB RACING and he told me I'd be better off going through Texas-speed or advanced induction due to his labor being 75 am hour and he'd have 50-60 hours in them.

I was thinking the exact same thing!
It seems like most of the nice, hand ported heads I have seen done generally have 15-30 hours in them depending on how pretty the finish is on them.

Seriously not kidding. Had me scratching my head bc I know guys that port for stock eliminator all the way to comp eliminator that fully port, epoxy and reshape ports/runners and spend less time then that.
