machine shop whats up guys... looking for a good machine shop in south of florida that could do some good work on my ls3 heads. any suggestions?

Is there an explanation as to why the final bill was so far off from the estimate? Rather than picking it apart line by line it seems like the glaring integrity issue is the fact that they charged you 3x what they said they would...
