I have a 1998 Vette with a bad Body Control Module. So far I haven't been able to find anyone shop or individual who can flash it with my cars VIN and other info. Even Bill Cramer tells me they no longer have the software to do this. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know why ur bcm is bad? I've fixed many due to just repairing a cracked solder
