You didn't mention anything about a swaybar. The Wolfe piece is the drag anti-roll bar. Very stout, probably not great for street manners, but a key component for a race setup.
What would you recommend for me to start at for suspension upgrades? i'd like to progressively get a mild drag setup that would be safe for street driving. (no hard cornering of course)
I also have the stock 10 bolt and probobly will until it granades itsself. I'd be happy with a 1.8 60ft for now.
Thanks.

My car is safe and can easily cruise on the street. I wouldn't call it comfortable though
If I was starting from scratch and already had some racing tires, I'd probably get an adjustable torque arm first. Not sure there's one secret part though as it is getting everything to work together that really makes you go. The smartest thing to do is build it right from the start, don't skimp. Paying twice is a lot more expensive. I say this cause once you get your 1.8x, then like the rest of us, you'll want more. Hence, my car's name NEXT, relates to - what's next for go fast stuff!

I believe a true drag swaybar, anti-squat or whatever you want to call it is a key component on planting the both rear tires. So with that in mind it would add up to, equal power to both tires = coming out straight = beter traction = lower short times.

I'm a big fan of the hiem joints that you can preload. Look in the pic and you see the adjustments. Those are welded to the frame of the car. As the car launches and the pinion tries to rotate the up, the joints push up on the frame.
I seem to remember the weight of this being somewhere between 15 - 20lbs. Chromoly is your friend

It's a spherical rod end with a threaded adjustment. If you look at the pic it's the two little chrome thingies (
)that are going from the bar to the frame.

what is that black bar that goes underneath the rear is that an additional sway bar in addition to you wolfe? how much does the wolfe weigh?

That is the Wolfe. The red bar is the panhard. Yes, it's on the car. Do a quick search through one of the vendors and you'll see one and then it will all make sense.
Thanks for the info. I guess my first will be the Torque arm along with some SFC's.
I should probobly get some better tires, these Nitto DR's don't do well at the track for me. They're alot better on the street though which is odd.
Your right about doing things once, though, kinda like me going cheap on the LS6 clutch. I wonder how long it will last...

Thanks D. I didn't see the help I was really wanting (don't we always want more!). Usually with a good DA I'll see an increase on the big end. My mph was actually down from the 132 in a 1000' DA. Oh well, at least Florida's tracks are still open!

Well, that's too bad. We're working on renting Moroso come mid Jan or so still talking to the track. I will let you know what we work out if you wanna head down again

BTW, the extended forecast shows 12/11 75 as a high which only means, upper 50's low 60's after dark
