DOT laws???

Is it illegal (in Florida) for me to remove my stock '00 steering wheel and replace it with an aftermarket wheel without an airbag??

its only illegal if you get caught. but i highly doubt it is illegal to modify your stearing wheel. lots and lots of autos dont have front airbags.

I`ll be at that race in Bradenton on Sat Jan29-Sun. Their calling it the US Steet Nats. The 7sec car I was talking about is the black TA of Hardcore Motorsports, but they said they probably wont make it.
