Default Tuning on Saturday

Hey guys Jeremy Formotto will be in Ft. Myers this Sat if anyone needs some tuning done. Call me at 239-872-5541 for info and directions.
I will have a mobile dyno at my house the whole day. (dynojet)
This is not a profit making thing for me as I make ZERO I am just making a offer to those needing tuning.
LS2's are welcome as well.
He is normally out of Tampa but comes down once a month and for those in the Lauderdale/Miami/Cape Coral/Pt. Charlotte/Ft. Myers/etc areas maybe this can save some drive time.

Looks like we have 3 in so far and only 1 or 2 more will be taken as 5 full tunes is a lot for a tuner in one day.

Thanks for the help guys, the car pulls much harder all the way through the RPMS and around town driving is much better as well. Wish I could have stayed and hung out to see the othewr nice F bodys get tuned. Hope all went well.

Good to hear Derek.
I think that dyno we used reads a litle low, or the weather was just killing the numbers as nobodys numbers were impressive.
I cars all felt very strong but just didn't make a huge number on the dyno.

Weather was crap Sat. Cars were running up to .5 seconds slower at the track.

We had a 99WS6 with AFR 205's, a 224/230 cam, fast 90/90 setup, Hooker LT's, cutout, etc.etc. with about 10.4 compression through a auto with 3200 vig stall make 402RWHP.
This combo has been proven to make much more power then that so I figured the dyno was reading lower then most or the weather was just awful corrected or uncorrected.
Anywyas the 2 cars I was allowed to drive after the tune really felt good.

Yea the DA was +2500 . I looked on one of those DA calculators my corrected ET would have been 11.6 @117 which is what my car normally runs at OSW. The weather probably didn`t help dyno #s either.

This is where I think the Dyno software is Junk.
The dyno is less then a year old and was purchased with every upgrade available. A really nice setup.
I have a problem when it comes to correction factors.
With the weather as bad as it was the SAE correction's were showing less power then non corrected numbers.
To me it should have been the other way around.
It is supposed to correct it to a normal/typical day. The avarage weather in the USA is like 72 degrees (avarage per a bunch of citys, 365 days per year)
To me with a day like yesterday I would think the correction's would have shown more power not less.
If the weather was 50 with no humity and you made 500 HP uncorrected you would make around 470 corrected. To me it just dosen't make since.
Hopefully in Jan when we have some nice weather we can get some better track passes in, until then I guess we will just have to be slow.

I am going to be taking my car to the dyno I usually go to just to see if there is any difference. No big deal really as I know by seat of the pant the car is MUCH better.
