Law Enforcement Hotrods
1. Do they come up and pick races with you, hoping you'll bite?
2. What other types of unmarked vehicles do they drive, other than Lightnings, Stangs, and Marauders?
3. A second time conviction for racing in Florida allows the state to sell off your car. Has anybody heard of this actually happening?

As far as entrapment goes, well, that **** don't fly anymore. I remember in the 60's if a police car would be sitting behind a billboard (totallly hidden) with their lights off, shooting radar, it was entrapment. Nowadays? It's a speeding ticket and points on your license.
but i guess they can ride along in a nice car and just wait for you to make the propisition and then ur fucked!

they CAN rev at you. they CAN accelerate.
they CAN'T ask you to race after you decline to race them. if you say no and they keep on then you have hit a case of entrapment.
cops in miami/broward have cobras, gt's, f-bodies, all kinds of sedans.
most recent one i ran into was a silver 2005 GT with a NOS plate frame, its deeply tinted(your first big hint). it has thin led lights, the passenger cop has a digital video camera.
watch yourself, dont run highway run ons. know your racers, know your spots.
I don't know where the limits of the definiton of entrapment lie, but, if you know you're sitting by a cop and intentionally f$%* with them, you'd better be prepared to pay the price ... for a very long time. Some of these guys have a very long memory.
As was said, know who you're racing and look for the super-dark tinted windows soas not to get ticketed or charged. Good luck and happy street racing ... where it's not in dangerous traffic.
